IMPLEMENTATION OF OSHA 1994 ( MALAYSIAN LAW )

The implementation of OSH rules calls for the participation of every person at a place of work AND ALSO persons coming into the place of work although they are not employees at that place of work.This situation imposes certain duties on the employer towards employees AND non-employees.
